By accessing or using Linger (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Linger is a personal diary application. The frontend is a React single-page app hosted
on Cloudflare Pages. A lightweight backend (Cloudflare Pages Functions) handles OAuth authentication
and proxies Google Drive API requests on your behalf. Session data (OAuth tokens) is stored in
Cloudflare KV with a 30-day expiry. All diary entries are stored in your personal Google Drive
folder (linger_diary/) using the Google Drive API with drive.file scope.
You are responsible for:
You retain full ownership of all diary content you create. Linger does not claim rights to your content. The Service code, design, and branding are the property of its developer.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
The developer of Linger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss caused by third-party services (Google Drive, Cloudflare).
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only access Google Drive data you explicitly authorize via the OAuth consent screen.
We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke the app's Google OAuth access via Google Account → Apps & services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
